1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all provinces and cities across Vietnam, including major urban centers, suburban regions, and remote areas.


2. Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of 30,000 VND applies to all orders, regardless of:

  • Delivery location

  • Order quantity or weight

There are no hidden fees or additional charges unless clearly stated in advance.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Standard processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Orders with 1–2 items: typically processed within 1 business day

  • Bulk orders (3+ items): may require up to 2 full business days

Cut-off time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Non-processing days: Saturdays, Sundays, and national public holidays


4. Estimated Delivery Time

After handoff to our logistics partner, estimated delivery times are:

Major Cities (e.g., HCMC, Hanoi, Da Nang) 3 business days
Inner Provinces 3–4 business days
Remote Areas / Islands 4–5 business days

Note: Delivery timelines exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders shipped after 5:00 PM will begin their delivery countdown from the next working day.


5. Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable third-party carriers, including (but not limited to):

  • Giao Hàng Nhanh (GHN)

  • Viettel Post

  • Ninja Van

  • J&T Express

All shipments include tracking, and tracking links are provided via email once your order is dispatched.


6. Delays and Exceptions

While we aim for timely delivery, the following situations may cause unavoidable delays:

  • National holidays (e.g., Tết)

  • Severe weather conditions (flooding, typhoons, etc.)

  • Public health disruptions (e.g., COVID-19)

  • Government-imposed transport restrictions

  • Courier operational overload (e.g., year-end peak season)

In the event of a delay, we will notify you via email or phone and provide regular updates.


7. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • No response at the delivery location

Our courier will attempt redelivery or contact you directly. After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery may incur an additional shipping fee.

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A tracking link to monitor delivery in real time
